5.2 gv77 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or any other system malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
5.3 Bets cannot be cancelled by the player once confirmed, unless gv77 explicitly provides a cash-out or cancellation feature for a given market.

gv77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account – with or without prior notice – where the user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. You may also request account closure at any time by contacting gv77 support, subject to any pending withdrawal or verification requirements being satisfied.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to gv77's operating jurisdiction as specified in its licensing framework. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the binding dispute resolution mechanism provided by the applicable regulatory authority.
Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect your interests.
